My practice is rooted firmly in the belief that the body is a masterful self-regulating system, that can heal itself when guided to a place of safety & calm. We work together with whole-plant remedies to remove the hindrances to healing, & bring the body into a place of flow.

Empowerment is a focus of my clinical practice. Together we create an accessible wellness guide that includes custom herbal formulas & loving self-care practices —- integrating practices I’ve learned working through my own chronic illness. Empowering you to create sustained wellness practices & learn about medicinal plants along the way.
